Application Fee:
HKD $180 included:
- A rectangular magnetic sticker featuring your design (for metal surfaces).
- A circle pin badge with your design.
- A certificate of participation or achievement.
- Free delivery for the magnetic sticker and pin badge.

4th Octorber, 2024
Design types:
- Digital design (computer-drawn)
- Physical design (hand-drawn)
Design submission methods:
- Hard copy submitted by mail
- Soft copy submitted by upload to our website, E-mail or WhatsApp (Note: If there are shadows in your image or scan, the organization will not retouch it.)

Details of Submission
Submission method for Artwork Digital Copy
Correct file name format: YOUR ENGLISH NAME_CONTACT NUMBER
For Example: Your name is Chow Man Yan and contact number 65478974 Your correct file name will be “CHOWMANYAN_65478974”
Please submit your artwork digital copy using one of the below method:
- Upload to https://www.hkmac.art/competition/hkmac-design-your-magnetic-sticker-competition/individual-artwork-submission/
- E-mail to arts@hkmac.art
- WhatsApp to +852 98263909
Hard copy Design Submission method
Please download the Artwork Label from our website (Artwork-label-HKMAC-Design-Your-Magnetic-Sticker-Competition.pdf) and attach it to the back of your artwork. Alternatively, you can write the contestant’s name(English) and phone number on the back of your artwork. Please ensure that the label or written information is clearly visible and legible before mailing the artwork to the address below.

Please write “HKMAC Design Your Magnetic Sticker Competition” on the envelope.
