1) 比賽簡介與主題

      a. 簡介:

            HKMAC 萬物共融視覺藝術大賽 2026 誠邀 2 至 18 歲的年輕藝術家,一同探索人類與地球之間的深厚聯繫。本賽事旨在培育藝術新秀,並提供上環文娛中心這一尊尚平台,讓學生展示其藝術才華。透過「大地」這一主題,我們鼓勵參賽者揮灑創意,表達對自然生態、可持續發展及萬物和諧共存的獨特見解。

      d. 自訂主題: 任何與「萬物共融」相關之題目
      e. 作品題目設定規則: 參賽者可選用 年度主題、上述其中一個副主題或自訂主題作為參賽作品的主題(如選擇自訂主題,必須於報名表上清楚註明)
      f. 主辦機構: 香港音樂及藝術中心 Hong Kong Music and Art Centre(HKMAC)。

2)重要日期

     a. 報名/作品提交截止: 2026 年 4 月 27 日(線上 23:59;郵寄以郵戳為準)
     b. 結果公布: 2026 年 5 月 8 日(透過電郵通知)
     c. 展覽及頒獎禮登記截止: 2026 年 5 月 19 日(適用於擬參加展覽及頒獎禮之得獎者)
     d. 展覽及頒獎典禮: 2026 年 5 月 30 日至 31 日

3)參賽資格與組別

     a. 對象: 公開參加。
     b. 年齡限制: 接受 2–18 歲之參賽者(年齡計算以截止報名當日,即 2026 年 4 月 27 日為準)。
     c. 組別: 參賽者將按「年齡」及「主題」分組進行評審,以確保公平性。

4)作品要求與技術規格

     a. 作品規格: 畫紙尺寸最大不可超過 360mm x 500mm(不設最小尺寸限制),且作品連同任何裝裱或拼貼物料之厚度不可超過 20mm。
     b. 接受媒介:
             i. 西畫: 油畫、亞加力、水彩、粉彩、蠟筆、素描、混合媒介等。
             ii. 國畫: 水墨及顏料。(注意:國畫作品必須托底或裱貼於平滑畫紙/卡紙上,以便評審及展示。)
             iii. 電腦繪圖 (Digital Art): 接受參賽。重要規定: 參賽者必須提交高解像度(300dpi 或以上)的實體打印作品 (Hard Copy) 供評審及展覽之用。
     c. 標籤要求: 必須於作品背面清楚標示參賽者 英文姓名、聯絡電話(需與報名表相同)及 創作題目。
     d. 內容限制: 不得含違法、誹謗、歧視、色情、仇恨或其他不當/冒犯性內容。
     e. 提交形式: 由於本屆賽事設有實體展覽,所有參賽作品(包括電腦繪圖之打印本)必須以實體形式提交,不接受電子檔參賽。

5)報名費用與證書資料核對

     a) 報名費用: HK$150
     b) 費用已包括:專業評審、列明獲獎等級之「認可證書」(Certificate of Recognition) 及香港郵政(平郵)退畫服務。
     c) 證書姓名印製: 證書上將印製參賽者的 英文姓名 及 獲獎等級。
     d) 資料核對責任: 參賽者/家長/監護人/任教老師/藝術機構有責任核對確認電郵(Confirmation Email)上的姓名拼寫是否正確。
     e) 更改資料行政費: 如於報名截止後申請更改證書上的姓名或資料,須繳付行政費 HK$80(因需重新印製證書及進行行政處理)。

6) 作品提交方式

     a) 網上報名: 參賽者須先於官方網站填妥網上報名表格並繳付報名費。
     b) 郵寄/親身遞交: 完成網上報名後,請將 實體作品(背面貼上標籤)郵寄或親身遞交至大會指定收件地址(地址詳情載於網上報名表及確認電郵內)。
     c) 信封面註明: 請於信封面註明「HKMAC 萬物共融視覺藝術大賽 2026」。
     d) 包裝指引: 請妥善包裝作品(建議以硬卡紙保護作品以免摺皺),並建議選用可追蹤之郵寄服務(如掛號或速遞)。
     e) 截止認定及逾期安排: 郵寄提交以 郵戳日期 為準。如未能於截止日期前送達,參賽者必須盡快通知主辦方。大會將按個別情況作出人性化酌情處理,惟不保證一定接納逾期作品。提交不完整資料者則恕不受理。

7)評審與獎項

     a) 評審機制: 由主辦單位指定之評審團進行評分(評審團之決定為最終依歸,任何人不得異議)。
     b) 評分標準: 詳情請瀏覽官方網站 https://www.hkmac.art/judging-and-prize/ 。
     c) 個人獎項: 每個組別均設有以下獎項:
               • 冠軍、亞軍、季軍
               • 金獎、銀獎、銅獎
               • 優異獎
     d) 所有參賽者均可獲發列明獲獎等級之「認可證書」(Certificate of Recognition)。
     e) 團體獎項(表揚學校及畫室):
               • 推動藝術銀獎: 推薦 / 參加學生達 10 位或以上 之團體(獲頒精美獎盃乙個)。
               • 推動藝術金獎: 推薦 / 參加學生達 20 位或以上 之團體(獲頒精美水晶獎座乙個)。

8)展覽及頒獎禮安排

     a) 邀請對象: 所有得獎者(各組冠、亞、季軍、金、銀、銅及優異獎)均獲邀申請參加。
     b) 日期: 2026 年 5 月 30 日至 31 日
     c) 地點: 上環文娛中心 展覽廳 (六樓)
     d) 報名與費用: 此為自選項目。如欲參展及出席頒獎禮,得獎者須於 2026 年 5 月 19 日 或之前完成登記並繳付 HK$280。
     e) 費用包括: 於上環文娛中心公開展出得獎作品、頒獎禮入場券及獲頒精美獎盃乙個。
     f) 注意事項: 未有繳付展覽費之得獎者,其作品將不會展出,亦不會獲發獎盃(僅獲郵寄證書及退回作品)。

9)版權、授權與原創保證

     a) 原創性保證: 參賽者保證作品為本人原創,且未有侵犯任何第三方之權益;如涉抄襲、侵權或任何法律爭議,一切責任由參賽者自行承擔,主辦機構概不負責。
     b) 所有權與使用權: 參賽作品之版權屬參賽者所有。惟參賽者提交作品即代表同意授權主辦機構(HKMAC)擁有作品之出版、展覽、複製及宣傳權利(包括但不限於活動背景、海報、宣傳單張、官方網站、社交媒體及其他數碼平台之展示與推廣),且毋須另行支付任何酬金或版權費。

10)作品退還安排

     a) 基本服務(已包郵費): 本屆賽事之 HK$150 報名費 已包含香港郵政(平郵)退畫服務。如參賽者在報名表沒有特別註明,大會將預設以平郵方式退還作品。
     b) 順豐速運(到付): 如參賽者希望以 順豐速運 (SF Express) 退還作品,必須 於網上報名表中揀選「順豐速運(到付)」選項。運費將由 收件人自付。
     c) 退還時間: 所有參賽作品將於賽事及展覽程序圓滿結束後(預計 2026 年 6 月 30 日前完成),統一按報名表上之地址退還予參賽者。
     d) 運送風險: 主辦機構將盡力妥善包裝及寄送作品;惟郵寄或運送途中(包括郵政或順豐處理期間)如有任何損毀、遺失或延誤,主辦機構恕不承擔任何賠償或法律責任。

11)私隱與個人資料

     本會尊重個人私隱;所收集之個人資料僅用於本比賽之聯絡、行政處理及本會日後之活動推廣用途,不會轉售予第三方。

12)取消資格

     如參賽者提交不當或冒犯性內容、提供不實資料、未依技術規格(如尺寸/厚度不符)、作品非原創或違反本規則與準則,主辦機構有權取消其參賽資格及褫奪任何獎項,無需另行通知。任何已繳費用在任何情況下恕不退還。

13)其他條款

     a) 主辦機構擁有本比賽一切安排(包括賽制、評審、展覽及獎項分配)之最終決定權。
     b) 提交報名即表示參賽者(及家長/監護人)已詳細閱讀、了解並同意遵守本文件內之所有條款及細則。
     c) 本規則如有修訂,以官方網站最新公布之版本為準,恕不另行通知。
     d) 本文件之中英文版本如有歧義,概以中文版本為準。

1) Overview & Theme

      a) Overview:
             The HKMAC Harmony of Earth Visual Arts Competition 2026 invites young artists aged 2-18 to explore the profound connection between humanity and our planet. This competition aims to nurture creative talent by providing a prestigious platform for students to showcase their artistic vision at the Sheung Wan Civic Centre. Through the theme “Earth,” we encourage participants to express their unique perspectives on nature, sustainability, and the harmonious coexistence of all living things.

      b) Main Theme:
            Harmony of Earth

      c) Sub-Themes:
            1. My Little Best Friend
            2. Ocean Wonders
            3. The Insect World
            4. Kingdom of Birds
            5. Secret Garden
            6. The Green Forest
            7. Starry Night over Earth
            8. The Urban View
            9. Fantasy Earth
            10. Guardians of Nature

      d) Custom Theme: Any theme related to “Harmony of Earth”
      e) Participants can use the Main Theme, one of the Sub-Themes, or a Custom Theme as their artwork theme (If a custom theme is chosen, please clearly state the title in the application form).
      f) Organizer: Hong Kong Music and Art Centre (HKMAC).

2) Key Dates

      a) Application / Artwork Submission Deadline: 27 April 2026 (online 23:59; postal submissions judged by postmark)
      b) Results Announcement: 8 May 2026 (via email)
      c) Exhibition & Ceremony Registration Deadline: 19 May 2026 (Applicable to winners intending to join the exhibition and ceremony)
      d) Exhibition & Award Ceremony: 30 – 31 May 2026

3) Eligibility & Groups

      a) Who can join: Open to the public.
      b) Age limit: 2–18 years old, calculated on the application deadline date.
      c) Grouping: Participants will be grouped by Age and Artwork Theme to ensure fair judging.

4) Artwork Requirements & Technical Specs

      a) Artwork Specifications: The artwork size must not exceed 360mm x 500mm (no minimum limit), and the total thickness including any mounting materials must not exceed 20mm.
      b) Accepted Mediums: Western Painting: Oil, Acrylic, Watercolour, Pastel, Crayon, Sketching, Mixed Media, etc.
      c) Chinese Painting: Ink and colour. (Note: Chinese painting artworks must be mounted on flat paper or backing card for judging and display purposes.)
      d) Digital Art: Accepted. Important Rule: Participants must submit a high-resolution (300dpi or above) Physical Print (Hard Copy) of the artwork for judging and exhibition. Submission via USB, CD, or Email alone is not accepted.
      e) Labelling: The participant’s English Name, Contact Phone Number (must match the application form), and Artwork Title must be clearly labelled on the back of the artwork.
      f) Content Restrictions: Entries must not contain unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, sexual, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate/offensive content.
      g) Submission Format: As this competition includes a physical exhibition, all entries (including Digital Art prints) must be submitted as physical artworks. Digital files are not accepted for entry.

5) Entry Fee & Participant Name Verification

      a) Entry Fee: HK$150
      b) The fee includes: Professional assessment, a Certificate of Recognition stating the specific Award Rank, and Artwork Return Service via Hong Kong Post (Normal Mail).
      c) Name Printing on Certificate: The certificate will be printed with the participant’s English Name and Award Rank.
      d) Data Verification Responsibility: The participant/parent/guardian/art teacher/art school is responsible for verifying that the name spelling is correct in the confirmation email.
      e) Administrative Fee for Data Change: Requests to change the name or data on the certificate after the application deadline will incur an administrative fee of HK$80 (to cover the cost of re-printing and administrative processing).

6) How to Submit

      a) Online Registration: Participants must first complete the official online application form and pay the entry fee.
      b) By Post / In-Person: After registration, please mail or deliver the physical artwork (with the label attached to the back) to the designated address provided in the online application form/confirmation email.
      c) Envelope Marking: Please mark “HKMAC Harmony of Earth Visual Arts Competition 2026” on the envelope.
      d) Packaging: Please pack the artwork securely (use of stiff cardboard is recommended to prevent damage/creasing) and use a trackable mailing service (e.g., registered mail or courier).
      e) Deadline & Late Policy: Postal submissions are determined by the postmark date. If a submission is late, the participant must inform the Organizer immediately. The Organizer will handle such cases with discretion on a compassionate basis, but acceptance of late entries is not guaranteed. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

7) Judging & Awards

      a) Judging Mechanism: Conducted by a professional judging panel appointed by the Organizer (The decision of the judging panel is final and binding).
      b) Judging Criteria: Please visit the official website at https://www.hkmac.art/judging-and-prize/ for details.
      c) Individual Awards: Each category features the following rankings:
            • 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place
            • Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award
            • Merit Award
      d) All participants will receive a “Certificate of Recognition” stating their specific Award Rank.
      e) Group Awards (Honoring Schools & Art Centers):
            • Silver Award for Promoting Arts: Organizations with 10 or more participating students (Awarded an Exquisite Trophy).
            • Gold Award for Promoting Arts: Organizations with 20 or more participating students (Awarded an Exquisite Crystal Trophy).

8) Exhibition & Award Ceremony

      a) Invitees: All winners (1st to 3rd Place, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Merit Awards) are invited to apply.
      b) Date: 30 – 31 May 2026
      c) Venue: Sheung Wan Civic Centre Exhibition Hall (6/F)
      d) Registration & Fee: This is optional. Winners who wish to exhibit their work and attend the ceremony must register and pay HK$280 on or before 19 May 2026.
      e) Fee Includes: Public display of the winning artwork at the Sheung Wan Civic Centre, admission to the Award Ceremony, and an exquisite Trophy.
      f) Note: Winners who do not pay the exhibition fee will not have their work displayed and will not receive a trophy (they will only receive the certificate and returned artwork by post).

9) Copyright, License & Originality

      a) Originality Warranty: The participant warrants that the entry is their original work and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. The participant bears full legal responsibility for any disputes arising from plagiarism or copyright infringement; the Organizer shall not be held liable.
      b) Ownership & Usage: The copyright of the artwork remains with the participant. However, by submitting an entry, the participant grants the Organizer (HKMAC) the right to publish, exhibit, reproduce, and use the artwork for promotional purposes (including but not limited to event backdrops, posters, flyers, official website, social media, and digital platforms) without any further compensation or royalty payments.

10) Return of Works

      a) Basic Service (Included): The HK$150 Entry Fee already includes artwork return service via Hong Kong Post (Normal Mail). Unless otherwise specified in the application form, the Organizer will default to returning artworks via Normal Mail.
      b) SF Express (Freight Collect): If the participant prefers delivery via SF Express, they must select the “SF Express (Freight Collect)” option in the online application form. The delivery fee will be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
      c) Return Schedule: All artworks will be returned to the address provided in the application form after the completion of the competition and exhibition processes (expected to be completed by 30 June 2026).
      d) Shipping Risk: The Organizer will pack and dispatch the artworks with care. However, the Organizer assumes no liability for any damage, loss, or delay that may occur during transit (whether via Hong Kong Post or SF Express).

11) Privacy & Personal Data

      The Organizer respects personal privacy. Data collected will be used solely for competition communication, administration, and the promotion of future HKMAC events. Data will not be sold to third parties.

12) Disqualification

      The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry without prior notice if it contains inappropriate/offensive content, false information, fails to comply with technical specifications (e.g., size/thickness limits), is not original, or breaches these rules. Any fees paid are non-refundable in the event of disqualification.

13) Other Terms

      a) The Organizer reserves the final right of decision on all arrangements regarding the competition (including format, judging, exhibition, and award allocation).
      b) By submitting an application, the participant (and parent/guardian) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions herein.
      c) Rules are subject to change; the latest version announced on the official website shall prevail without prior notice.
      d) In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this document, the Chinese version shall prevail.
