誰可以參加？

公開參加，2–18 歲（以截止日年齡計）。主題不限，鼓勵自由創作。未滿 18 歲者請獲家長／監護人同意；評審依截止日年齡分組，以確保公平。

每位參賽者可獲哪些項目？

每位參賽者可獲：(1) 一套印有你作品的 2026 HKMAC 座枱月曆（底座可書寫記事），(2) 參賽證書。運費已包括；寄送時程以官網公告為準，寄至你的登記地址。

報名費包含哪些項目？

HKD 180——包含：印有你的作品之座枱月曆 1 套、參賽證書 1 張，以及寄送。付款方式與收據以報名頁或表格為準；若提交多於一件作品，請依表格指示處理額外費用。

如何報名（個人／團體）？

個人：使用線上表格，或下載 PDF：中文／英文。

團體（機構）：由一位聯絡人統一彙整，使用Excel或PDF 表格遞交。

如何遞交作品？檔名規則是什麼？

可依表格指示以線上上載／電郵／WhatsApp遞交，或郵寄實體原作。檔名請使用報名表上的英文全名（例：Alex_Chen.jpg）。郵寄者請貼上作品標籤（PDF），平放包裝、保護四角；相片／掃描的陰影或反光恕不後製。

作品規格與內容規範有哪些？

規格：成品 210×150 mm；最大可印範圍 100×120 mm（直／橫皆可）。數碼檔長邊 ≥1500 像素（建議 300 DPI），JPG／TIFF／PDF。請把關鍵元素置於可印範圍內；避免過細邊框與邊緣文字。

內容：不得包含違法、誹謗、歧視、色情、仇恨等；請使用原創或合法授權素材。

印製方式與調整安排有哪些？

採用 CMYK 印製；若提交 RGB 檔，列印顏色可能與螢幕略有差異（如螢光色、深藍）。請避免低解析度與強烈陰影。主辦方可為排版與製作進行合理之縮放、裁切、光暗與色彩調整。

有哪些獎項？頒獎安排如何？

各年齡組設有 冠、亞、季、金、銀、銅、優異獎。得獎者將獲邀出席 2025/12/21（觀塘）頒獎禮；登記截止 2025/12/10。現場事宜與領取安排以官方公告為準。詳情可參考《評分準則與獎項》。

機構團體獎項有哪些？

以同一機構名稱累計：有效參賽 ≥10 → 推動藝術銀獎＋獎盃 1 個；≥20 → 推動藝術金獎＋水晶獎座 1 個。以完成報名與繳費之作品計算；每機構每級別限 1 個；請保持機構名稱一致。

Who can join?

Open to the public aged 2–18 (age counted on the submission deadline). The theme is open. Entrants under 18 should have parent/guardian consent. Entries are grouped by age at the deadline for fair judging.

What will every participant receive?

Each participant receives: (1) a 2026 HKMAC desk calendar featuring your artwork (with a writable base), and (2) a certificate. Shipping is included; delivery schedule follows official announcements.

What is the fee and what’s included?

HKD 180 — includes one calendar (with your artwork), one certificate, and shipping. Payment methods and receipts are on the application page/form. For multiple entries, follow the form’s guidance on additional fees.

What are the key dates?

Submission deadline: 2025/11/18 (online by 23:59; postal by postmark)
Results: 2025/11/26
Ceremony registration (winners): by 2025/12/10

How do I apply (individual / group)?

Individual: Use the ONLINE form or download the PDFs Chinese / English. Complete mandatory fields, upload the artwork (or indicate postal submission), and confirm consent.

Group (organizations): One coordinator compiles and submits using the Excel or PDF group form.

How do I submit and how should I name the file?

Submit via online upload / email / WhatsApp as instructed on the form, or send a hard copy by post. Name your file using your full English name as shown on the form (e.g., Alex_Chen.jpg). For postal submissions, attach the Artwork Label (PDF), pack flat, and protect corners. Shadows/glare from photos/scans are not retouched.

What are the artwork specs & content rules?

Specs: Final size 210×150 mm; max printable area 100×120 mm (vertical/horizontal). Digital long side ≥1500 px (300 DPI recommended), JPG/TIFF/PDF. Keep key elements within the printable area; avoid thin borders and edge text.

Content: No illegal/defamatory/discriminatory/sexual/hate content. Use original or properly licensed materials.

How does printing work & will artwork be adjusted?

Printed in CMYK; RGB files may differ in print (e.g., neons, deep blues). Avoid low-resolution images and heavy shadows. The organizer may apply reasonable scaling/cropping/brightness/color adjustments for layout and production.

What awards are there & how does the ceremony work?

Each age group includes Champion, 1st Runner-up, 2nd Runner-up, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Merit. Winners will be invited to the ceremony on 2025/12/21 (Kwun Tong). Registration closes on 2025/12/10. On-site logistics follow official notices.

What are the organization group awards?

Under the same organization name: ≥10 valid entries → Arts Promotion Silver Award + one trophy; ≥20 → Arts Promotion Gold Award + one crystal award. Counting is based on valid entries with completed registration/payment. One award per tier per organization; use a consistent organization name.
